Is your online store secure?

Yes. Our online store uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption for the transfer of information between your PC and our servers. Your personal or credit card information cannot be intercepted by a third party. (Also see our privacy policy.)

What types of cards do you accept?

We welcome payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

I don't want to pay with a credit card. Do you accept other forms of payment?

No, we do not. We regret we are unable to accept checks, wire transfers or other forms of payment due to the additional time and costs involved with clearing such payments.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes. Shortly after you have completed the online ordering process, you will receive a detailed email confirming your order.

You will be assigned your personal customer care representative who will be able to answer any questions you might have, any time – while your Century is still on its way to you or in the future. He/she will be able to track your order if it should appear delayed, for example, or even provide party serving tips if that's what you might need.

How will my order be shipped?

Your Century will be shipped by a courier service. This ensures your order arrives safely, fast and that we can track it at any point during its journey to you. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt.

How long will it take for me to receive my Century?

This depends on your location in the world. We dispatch shipments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once dispatched, most destinations in Europe and North America are reached in three to four days. For Asia Pacific and the rest of the world, please allow up to seven days.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of €25 or $35, regardless of whether you order one or two bottles of Century and regardless of your location in the world.

Why can't I order more than two bottles per month?

It's a question of supply. Century is not a mass-manufactured product and never can be; we rarely make more than 400 bottles of Century per month. To satisfy all customers, we have to impose this limit.

We do occasionally make an exception to this rule for regular clients; if you planning a party that will require a larger quantity, write to us and—circumstances permitting—we will do our best to accommodate you.

What are your wholesale terms?

We regret we do not wholesale Century, and we have no short- or medium-term plans to do so. Given the limited production capacity of this product, we cannot supply Century in sufficient quantities to satisfy resellers and direct customers alike.
